What is the Heritage/Equalization Fund?

Answer

The Heritage Equalization Fee has been established and is used for the following:

• To develop or renovate parts of the project which will increase its desirability for the residents e.g. nursing home, seniors' recreation facilities, etc. 
• It will provide funds to buy-back the life lease and hold it if another buyer is not available immediately. 
• It will also be used during a buy-back to cover the organization's share of value loss during periods of deflation. 
• It will be used for seed monies to develop similar projects elsewhere and to support and develop other parts of Lutherwood's services.
